What automated processing does and does not decide

Third-party AI service providers

We engage specialist third-party providers for telephony, speech recognition, speech synthesis, and language analysis. These providers process your data strictly on our instructions and solely to deliver the service. We contractually require that your data is not used to train, fine-tune or improve their models, and that it is not retained beyond what is operationally necessary.

Personal information

Your data is stored on cloud infrastructure located in India. Our production systems are deployed in the Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region and our architecture is configured to prevent investor data being processed outside India in normal operation.

We retain your information for as long as your relationship with us is active and thereafter for as long as necessary to comply with our legal, regulatory, tax and accounting obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for the period necessary for quality assurance and compliance, after which they are deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

Where you have submitted data through our Services electronically, you consent to the transmission and storage of that data in accordance with this policy.

We employ administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. These include encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, multi-factor authentication for internal systems, audit logging, and periodic review of access rights.
