Inside Godrej's 2026 Bengaluru Launch Pipeline

Godrej Properties is running one of the most aggressive Bengaluru pipelines among national developers, and 2026 is a peak launch year.

Projects like Godrej Regent Park, Aveline, Parkshire and Tiara span the premium and luxury band, with possession windows from late 2027 through 2029. Each sits in a high-demand micro-market — Whitefield, Sarjapur, North Bengaluru — where absorption is outpacing new supply.

Early-bird pricing in the first 30 days of a launch is typically 8–12% below the launch-phase sticker — that gap is where most of the first-year appreciation lives. After the first month, pricing steps up in tranches as construction milestones are hit.
